Job Description: About the Company:An established and leading player within the dry-lining and partitioning sector. Their work is currently revolved around major residential contracts through the South East. The division they require a Quantity Surveyor for ranges in turnover from 20-40m a year.About the Role:You will be required to join the Quantity Surveyor`s team and take commercial control of up to eight contracts, ranging in size, value and complexity. You will report directly to the divisional managing Quantity Surveyor.About the Candidate:Must have experience in drylining and partitioning in residential contractsHave the ability as a Quantity Surveyor to take control of up to eight schemesStrong commercial awareness with an eye for profitHave a quantity surveying qualificationLocal to South LondonDue to large response, only those applicants who match the criteria of client will be contacted.
