Job Description: Helpdesk Advisor, German & French Speaking to £36k + Package Our client is a global bank who provides a full range of services including Corporate banking, investments, asset & risk management. We are currently recruiting for x2 Technical Helpdesk Advisors to join the team. You will be provided assistance to external clients over the phone and via email on a range of cash management products across Europe. These products are web based and include a range of payment systems including e-banking, SWIFT and file / payment formatting. You will be involved in training clients on the banks solutions using PowerPoint presentations, these are conducted via video conferencing however you may be required to travel through Europe Candidates must have: - Fluent verbal and written skills in English, French AND German (essential). - Strong general desktop and networking support skills. - Good knowledge of PC's and web browers - Knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook - Previous experience in a client facing position Desirable: - Understanding of cash management - Knowledge Payment Systems e.g. BACS, CHAPS, SWIFT, XML file formatting, online banking, E-banking, electronic payments. - Experience working with call logging software - Experience of support Banking systems & applications. - Banking experience Candidates also must be: - Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills - Good time management skills and ability to work to deadlines - Attention to detail and methodical approach - Problem solving skills - Strong team player You will be required to work shifts between 8am - 6pm and some bank holidays.
