Job Description: 30000-35000 GBP Per Year AX SupportSheffield £30,000 - £35,000 depending on exp + benefits COMPANY INFORMATION My client is a leading technology driven services organisation, experiencing rapid growth of their business. ROLE INFORMATION To work as part of the central AX support team to provide support on Microsoft Dynamics AX and associated products both internally at to external clients. Excellent knowledge of AX functions and configuration required to provide reliable and appropriate advice to users.RESPONSIBILITIES: Investigate and analyse Dynamics AX application issues Formulate ideas to resolve problems that have been reported Ensure all calls are managed through the company's appointed call management system and are regularly updated Recreate problems in test systems Ensure all calls are responded to within the predefined SLA Ensure application support business continuity Develop and promote good internal customer relationshipEXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1+ years experience of supporting Microsoft Dynamics Understanding of:o Microsoft AX V4 & V5o Microsoft stack Excellent customer service skills Self motivated Able to build a strong relationship with users. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to multi-task and work calmly under pressure. Self starter, able to proactively work with minimal supervision. Positive attitude and approach to problem solving. Able to work well within a team. Able to respond quickly to evolving requirements
