Would you be interested in working with the CEO of a well established company as his Personal Administrative Assistant in Spain. Your Personal Office work station will be set up for you upon approval to take the position and a couple of other benefits with no upfront fees.Must Speak,write and Understand English to communicate with your Boss and other clients.
I need a person with an outstanding interpersonal skills,an excellent communicator at all levels and have excellent IT skills. A honest, confident, well organised, reliable, flexible and virtually unflappable person with a very good sense of humour. I want a person that enjoys challenge and able to work on his/her own initiative as well as part of a team.
The position of Executive PA meant working long hours and being on 24hr stand by, due to the nature of the industry and the CEO's busy and ever changing schedule. You are expected to assist me in all aspects as I will be needing you to assist me on some certain areas listed below.
You will solely be in charge of the running of the office and ensuring smooth organisation of the day to day flights and diaries of the MD. I need you to be extremely organised in scheduling all flights for important Clients and insure an enjoyable and professional experience as my Trustee PA.
As my PA Your responsibilities includes :
Booking customer and clients flights
Organising customer and client days out
Extensive Diary Management to the MD
Meeting with HNW clients
Arranging Travel for MD
Organising Pilots and Clients detailed Itineraries
Liasing with Clients PA's
Arranging different networking events
Organising and attending meetings
Assisting in trips away
Helping with pitches for different businesses
Managing the Office, liasing with suppliers
Creating all promotional advertising
Ordering stock
Maintenance issues
Producing reports
Invoicing
Expenses
Support admin
Managing and supporting the busy office of 22
Extensive Diary management and arranging global travel for the CEO
Dealing with CEO's private matter's, properties and household staff
Organising and attending international meetings
Co-ordinating detailed itineraries
Travelling and assisting CEO with meetings and trips
Booking dinners, restaurants, hotels, trips out
Meeting with Important clients on behalf of CEO
Taking minutes
Producing reports
Expenses accounts
Implementing new systems to progress business
Business development
HR, Supervising and training staff
Organising the recruitment of new staff
Meeting with Senior Directors to review office performance
Negotiating Commissions, Payments, Agreements
Receiving and dealing with numerous enquiries on a daily basis
Delegating work, organising rotas
Carrying out research, being up to date with Fashion
Interacting with HNW Clients, Models and Celebrities
Working closely with Photographers and Fashion Designers
Interviewing Models
Event management
Planning all catwalks, commercials and promotional work
Arranging models shoots and timetables
Managing office move
Coordinating mail outs to 250 shops.
Your duties includes:
Being responsible for and motivating a team.
Organising staff rotas and managing hour sheets.
Driving sales with excellent customer interaction skills.
Meeting targets.
Being approachable and confident.
Building good customer relationships.
