Job Description: We are seeking a Store Operations Manager to join our team in the Hemel Hempstead area. Reporting into the Retail Account Director you will be accountable for the day to day management of new store openings. You will be responsible for new stores, re fits and special projects where applicable. Key responsibilities: ��� The day to day management, recruitment and training of any store service contractors / team and their duties to ensure that all requirements are being met if not exceeded ��� To provide on-site assistance/consultation to the project managers at individual stores and manage store service contractors / team to do the same ��� To manage the fulfilment of POS provision from library for new stores, re fits and daily store requests ensuring stock is available at all times ��� To manage the compilation, generation and accuracy of reports for new stores and re fits supplying to client on time ��� To attend customer meetings ��� To contribute to identifying sales opportunities for the company whilst out in the field ��� To manage production of special one offs surrounding new and refit stores ��� To carry out store audits and in-store investigations/support as necessary ��� Performs other related functions as assigned or apparent ��� Support, cover and deputise for other colleagues as required To be successful in this role you MUST have experience in this field, this includes re fits, project management, Point of Sale (POS) branding etc and have a drivers licence. This role is not office based but you will be managing sites within Hemel Hempstead. In return you will receive a highly competitive salary plus benefits and holidays
