You will currently manage a team of a minimum of 10 members and drive sales in an environment taking between 1 and 2 million per annum. However if this opportunity excites you and you have current responsibility of a larger team and much larger turnover, you can identify growth in retail sales and have experience of attract new customers and can take a retail business to a new level then other opportunities are available for a more experienced retailer.
