Job Description: Financial Planning Manager (Banking, Finance Advisor) BLUF0935 Banbury/Leicester Salary £20,000 - £26,000 + Bonus potential An opportunity now exists with our Client for a Financial Planning Manager to join them to deliver against sales commission targets through leads generated personally and also by branch staff across the field of regulated products. Within the role you will achieve Financial Services targets at the branch / branches for which you are responsible; this will include regulated sales, non-regulated life and protection sales by yourself and your branch and structured non-regulated investment products. You must organise weekly training sessions with staff and also maximise the opportunities for the business by developing leads, carrying out regular client reviews and gaining referrals from clients for potential new business. You will be required to update all relevant literature as and when required by the society, presenting information to customers in a clear, precise and understandable manner by achieving and retaining an acceptable level of competency within the regulators guidelines. To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a full FPC qualification, Certificate in Financial Planning or comparable qualification offered by relevant awarding bodies and hold Competent Advisor Status. You will have QCF Level 4 or will be able to demonstrate progress towards this within RDR timescales. The role requires a degree of flexibility in your working hours as you will be required to work a minimum of 35 hours per week and be available for appointments on at least two Saturdays a month and occasional evenings.
