Job Description: FASHION REGIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER – PERMANENT
UP TO £65k plus benefits to include fully expensed company car, BUPA healthcare, contributory pension and life assurance, 25 days holiday, laptop and mobile phone.

JOB ROLE
As a Regional Business Manager, you’ll be up for every challenge that comes your way, motivating and developing your team while going that extra mile to please our customers. Of course, you’ll drive sales and deliver the kind of store performance that’s taking every part of the business from good to great. But you’ll also know that what makes a great manager is integrity, energy and the ability to lead by example. With over 600 stores UK wide, you will be responsible for 25-30 stores in an established area. Proven experience of delivery, man management and influencing retail teams to deliver success are essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieving targeted results on all key customer metrics e.g. snapshot, conversion, ‘strives for continuous improvement
• Passionate about the customer and actively seeks out feedback, sharing it with relevant functions and peer group e.g. Brand & Product teams, Retail Operations
• Ensuring visual merchandising across all stores meets the needs of the customer types within each market aswell as achieving the required brand standards.
• Rewards and recognises great customer service, role models and coached team to drive customer service
• Acting as a role model for our leadership behaviours
• Managing performance to stretch high potentials and deal promptly and effectively with under performance
• Achieving targeted results on all people metrics e.g. labour turnover, stability, absence, engagement
• Actively strives for commerciality using tools and data available to maximise profit
• Ensuring optimum stock availability within stores through effective replenishment activities
• Identifying and implementing agreed space optimisation / replanning initiatives within the region e.g. density improvement initiatives, adjacency improvement initiatives
IDEAL CANDIDATE
You will need to be a talented retailer with a passion for customer service, people management and a strong desire to succeed.
