Job Description: A candidate is required for a HR Advisor role within the public sector. The candidate will provide expert advice and support to line managers ensuring an effective service of operational HR facilitating the delivery of a proactive and high quality service.
The candidate will support line managers on all employee relation policies ensuring it is in line with business needs and that best Practices are adhered to . Candidates may be required to assist managers at investigations and will be responsible for maintaining good working relations with representatives of Trade Unions and Staff Associations.
The Candidate will be involved in the recruitment process including interviewing and knowledge of local and national initiatives and relevant employment legislation and case law would be an advantage.
The Candidate will be required to support the Senior HR team in line with the needs of the business and design and implement training packages in respect of all HR functions to assist in the development of the HR service.
