Job Description: Our Client is a national provider of comprehensive maintenance services for commercial and public sector buildings - including financial institutions, retail outlets, property specialists, corporate premises, government departments, education and health services and social housing landlords. They currently have an opportunity for a maintenance engineer to work on a mobile basis carrying out general building services maintenance of a range of commercial contracts Candidates will be responsible for undertaking maintenance and reactive services, dependant on requirements i.e. carrying out tasks including: - lamp changing - filter changing - cleaning plant rooms - water Temperature Checks - Assisting mechanical, electrical & fabric texts on site Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental Policy, through working to codes of safe practice and considering environmental issues. Reporting of any omissions or risks that compromise a Safe Working Environment. The Candidate: To undertake this role, it is essential for candidates to have held a similar position within a M&E building environment.
