Job Responsibilities: As a Sales Advisor, you will be: ��� providing excellent customer service and maximising sales performance of the store ��� take ownership and resolve customer issues ��� identify and fulfil customer needs appropriately ��� liaise with internal and external business units on behalf of suppliers ��� ensure all policies are maintained and presentation standards are up held within the store Preferred Skills: ��� previous experience of the retail/customer service sector would be advantageous, but not essential ��� must have excellent communication skills both face to face and over the telephone ��� proven track record of working well within a team ��� able to demonstrate commitment Personal Attributes: ��� warm and welcoming manner ��� ability to work as part of a team ��� must be a motivated and flexible individual Candidates applying must be available to work during the weekdays as well as weekends working a total of 8 hours per week.
