Job Description: Multi Skilled Engineer Supervisor – UP TO 30K – Prestigious expanding company- Lancaster
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive and expanding company based in Lancaster with a generous salary package and many benefits.
Working with the existing production team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of production machinery. They will be hands on manager who has a great deal of supervisory experience and experience in maintaining, fixing, installing new machines. Must be confident to be involved in continuous improvement of the production facilities and able to manage capital projects up to a value of £200K.

I am looking to fill this position ASAP as the new person will start in January
The shifts are mostly Monday to Friday 6am-2pm and 10am – 6pm.
Must have a qualification in Mechanical Engineering, plus be aware of lean manufacturing techniques, project management driven with a H & S legislation background.
Must live within driving distance of Lancaster currently.
