Job Description: Position: Contracts Administrator / Customer Support (temp to perm)

Are you an analytical, meticulous, and motivated candidate looking for a challenging position within a successful mobile communications company in North West London?
Working alongside the Operations Partnerships Director, you will be responsible for assisting in the execution of contracts with payment providers and operators in the UK and Ireland. As Operations Partnership Administrator, you will follow the order process from start to finish and act as the operational representative in all of the company’s business partnerships as you will be in charge of the operational and financial delivery of all orders. Your key duties will include operating invoicing and pricing – validating invoices, tracking payments, sending invoices, and managing internal datasheets – as well as administration, short code ordering, and general customer service. You will ensure the quality and timely delivery of orders, maintain the contact database, provide accurate information to the OP administrators and managers, liaise with the sales administration team in regards to billing issues, and manage and escalate any helpdesk queries.
The ideal candidate for this role will have the right blend of experience in accounts, credit control, customer service and administration. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a structured and rigorous approach to your work, excellent analytical skills and an interest in figures, and excellent time management and communication skills. You will be a strong team player but also autonomous and self-motivated, flexible, tolerant, and you will enjoy working in a small office environment. The right candidate is going to have an interest in the wireless and mobile services industry, will have accounting experience particularly accounts receivable, accounts payable and credit control and will provide excellent customer service.
