They combine technology with market leading customer service to offer the full spectrum of tailor-made fleet finance and fleet management services including all forms of funding, maintenance management, accident management and daily rental management.
Following a number of new business successes, they are looking for new people who are self-motivated and have a passion for customer service excellence to join our busy Customer Services department in Newbury.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to utilise and develop their operational account management and people management skills to deliver excellent service to the customer. The role combines responsibility for the operational relationship for one of our strategic accounts and the line responsibility for the team that looks after that customer. Alongside the daily management of the team, you will participate in customer review meetings, compiling reports and feeding back on KPI achievement and work closely with the Sales Account Manager to ensure future customer development strategies can be delivered operationally by your team.
You will need to be able to work under pressure, be capable of building strong relationships both externally and internally, and be able to motivate and inspire your team.
Experience of working in the vehicle leasing and fleet management industry is desired but if you share our passion for delivering excellent customer service, have the appropriate transferable skills, experience and the ability to understand the complexities of our customer’s vehicle fleets, then we want to hear from you.
