Job Description: A dynamic online organisation in Qatar has an immediate opening for a newly created position of Country/Project for its new ecommerce Auction Platform. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have full responsibility for the ongoing development, launch and management of our fantastic web site including; The technical development team (both in house and contractors), the operational staff and the sales team. With full accountability for profit generation, you must also be multi faceted and apply creative thinking to strategic analysis, revenue generation, product development, technical management, and operations. Solid communication skills, both internally and client facing are critical. Extensive experience in similar internet businesses is essential and you must have a deep background in one or more web businesses, and a strong track record in management. This position is for a bright, capable, self-motivated professional who thrives on success and is looking for the next step in an enterprise managerial position, or ready to take such a role in their career path. The position is based in the tax free State of Doha Qatar and compensation includes a competitive tax free base salary of $50'000 (£30k) plus uncapped commission for your own and your teams achievements which will position you with the opportunity to earn in excess of +$500'000/year, so long as you have the desire, motivation and drive to succeed.
