Job Description: One of the largest financial institutions in the UK is offering the opportunity to apply for their Branch Support Assistant roles. The role will require the candidate to be flexible as they will be required to cover branches at Dolgellau and Tywyn
** THIS ROLE WILL BE A TEMPORARY CONTRACT FOR 2/3 WEEKS**
The role will involve:
* Assisting in the clearance of space within branches, where construction works are about to take place
* Records Management and Clearance Processes
* Destroying or moving any unwanted stationery/manuals
* Sorting unsorted filing as per laid down procedures, for which training will be given
* Complete labelling of boxes as per laid down procedures
* Complete documentation to enable collections by Central Store to be booked
There are full time roles working 9 - 5 Monday to Friday The role offers an attractive pay rate of £8.50 per hour.
The successful candidate will need:
* Good attention to detail
* Experience of working withing tight timescales
* The ability to work under pressure.
