Job Description: Job Title - Outbound Call Handler Reference - SW004 Location - Durrington, Worthing, West Sussex Salary: £7.00 per hour Contract Type - Temp, Ongoing All CV's to - emma.page@pertemps.co.uk A large utility company in Durrington Worthing, West Sussex is seeking Outbound Call Handlers to join their collections team. As an Outbound Call Handler you will: · Make outbound calls to domestic and commercial customers to collect debt. · Take inbound calls from customers in relation to cash collections and debt. · Data input / Process data. · Analysis external data. · Negotiate successful outcomes with customers to reduce debt. You will be required to meet hourly and daily targets. The ideal Outbound Call Handler will hold the following skills and experiences: · Previous experience within a Customer Service, Call Centre or Contact Centre role. · Experience of working within customer relations · Experience of process data and data input. · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. · Organisation skills. · A clear telephone manner. · Telesales experience would be an advantage. We are looking for people to start ASAP!! Training will be provided where you will learn all aspects of the role, providing you with full knowledge of the role. Your working hours will be between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings 8am to 1pm based on a rota system This is a temporary to fixed term contract, with permanent opportunities available subject to criteria being met
