Job Description: Our client based in Redditch is recruiting for multiple Sales Consultants to join then within the Leisure industry in their new call centre, they are a rapidly growing company and currently employ over 70 people.
Our client is ideally looking for an experienced travel or sales professionals to join them and specialise in selling cruises. However if you have no experience they are looking for candidates with a positive attitude, be self motivated, be able to multi-task, and be highly organised along with being able to sell the product along with yourself and the company.
As Sales Consultants you will be receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls working from their database of 120,000 customers selling the companies cruises and offers on board.
Basic salary £15,000 per annum, however there is lots of incentives and last year the average earnings in 2009 were £23,000. They offer 4 weeks holiday, a pension plan, free parking, free travel insurance. There is also incentive earnings up to £250 equivalent of £18,000.
Hours: 37.5 hours oer week, and the shift pattern, i.e.e one week 09.00 - 5.30 pm and then a week of 11.30am-8.00pm. You will work one full weekend, then one weekend off. You would not work more than 5 days in a row, as you would take a day off in the week. There is a degree of flexibility with these hours.
