Job Description: We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven, experienced sales professional, to join a forward thinking, exciting recruitment firm based in the south east. Our client is a market leading recruitment specialist, operating within a fast paced niche market throughout the UK and EMEA. They are looking for candidates who are hungry for success in their next B2B sales role and offer a rare opportunity to join this specific market and their expanding team. You will have proven B2B sales experience, a commercial attitude and excellent rapport building skills. A successful recruitment background is obviously desirable, however our client is happy to explore candidates who have the right attitude and desire to succeed. You will be dealing with a range of high calibre clients and candidates, so again, your attitude and business acumen will be of paramount importance. This role is not for the faint hearted. The role will include: Business development - working from a database of companies to establish recruitment needs and selling the firm's services Client meetings - face to face and phone meetings to build relationship and close on deals Candidate resourcing and management - finding the best people on the market and placing them with clients Marketing - producing email and mail marketing material to send to clients and candidates With excellent training, support and OTE's easily reaching £45k with the commission structure provided, this could be the change you are looking for
