The Role:
As Customer Service Manager you will be fully responsible for the Customer Service Renewals Team, Mid Term Adjustment Team, Claims Team and ReKey Team.
You will monitor work flow management and KPI’s, deal with all staffing issues, team meetings and staff conduct. You will authorise discounts and lapses, underwrite new business, renewals and quotes and deal with quality control phone calls with customers you have lost and cancellations. All the above must be to FSA compliance.
Who we’re looking for:
This well-established company are looking for a Customer Service Manager who has worked in an insurance environment previously. You should be methodical and organised in your approach with good attention to detail.
You will be presenting a professional image of the company at all times so must have a confident telephone manner. Customer satisfaction is a key motivator within this company so you must be willing to get involved with all levels of job responsibilities.
