My client is a hugely successful brand within the hospitality industry, an experienced Customer Service Advsor is required to join a the inbound team dealing with customer feedback and enquiries.
You will be required to manage all regional feedback from Customers and monitor the feedback journey to deliver above expectation resolutions. To deliver ‘world class’ service to ensure customers feel and are valued, given the time to chat through their issues and be committed to turning around poor experiences.
Previous Customer Service Experience is essential as well as strong communication skills both verbal and written.
