Job Description: A Fantastic opportunity for an experience Senior Call Centre Account Manager has arisen within on of our well known clients for a strategic and operational role.
**Suitable candidates must have experience in:
*Proven Sales & Management exeprience track record
•Managing Business to Business Telesales Managers
*Experience of Management within a call centre/contact centre required
*Analytical communications skills
*Strong influencing and negotiations skills
*Strong Project Management understanding
*Internal and external review meetings with key internal and external stakeholders and decision makers
*In depth reporting experience
*Successful Contract renewals with key client contacts: covering SLA results, budgets, SWOT analysis
*Seeking new business development opportunities with client accounts
*Overseeing and managing new projects
*Managing budgets
*Suggesting changes to better efficiency and profit
*Managing the Account Executive team; performance and timekeeping where appropriate
*Understanding of Marketing Principles (CRM)
*Proven track record of building constructive and profitable business relationships with clients
