Job Description: We are currently recruiting for a unique educational support organisation that are seeking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their team.
The hours are Tuesday to Friday 9pm to 5pm and Saturdays rotating shifts either 8am to 6pm or 3pm to 11pm (you must be flexible for all of these hours)
You MUST also be available to commit to a Monday to Friday shift for the first 4 - 6 weeks for induction and training purposes.
Duties include:
- Provide a high level of customer service and handle queries
- Administration and data entry
- Handle all incoming correspondence and follow up queries
- Directing tasks to relevant team members
- Some marketing duties
We are seeking applicants with the following:
- MUST be from a call centre background handling a high number of inbound calls and queries
- Administration skills
- Must have experience of multi-tasking within an office based role
- Be computer literate
- Have excellent all round communication skills
- Be flexible in regards to duties and hours
- Driver with own transportation (due to hours and distance from public transport)
