Job Description: Travel Sales Advisor ��� Sell Tour operator package holidays, dynamically packaged and tailor-made holidays to worldwide destinations, ensuring consumers receive relevant and accurate information to enable them to book their holidays ��� Meet and exceed sales, profit and conversion targets ��� Respond to clients calls, e-mails and faxes in a clear and professional manner ��� Liaise with tour operators and other key suppliers ��� Advising customers about passports, vaccinations, visas, foreign currency, car parking, car hire and excursions in resorts ��� Ensure all quality control guidelines are followed when processing a booking ��� Provide a professional and efficient service at all times and any problems or queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently ��� Must have 2 years travel experience
