Job Description: Job description The ideal sous Chef will be from a 4/5 star hotel with rosette background, as well as having Conference and Banqueting experience. You will have a stable track work record in a similar environment in a similar position. Sous Chef will be supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of the kitchen and be able to manage the team in the Head Chef absence. You will be comfortable in all aspects of kitchen management including ordering,stock control, gaps and all health and safety procedures. As the Sous Chef you will have an exceptional eye for detail, enthusiastic, creative, hardworking,patient and understanding, welcoming personality and a passion for quality produce.
