Job Description: Our client is a highly regarded and established law firm that handles motor insurance legal cases in the UK. They are currently looking for a Paralegal to join their busy Personal Injury team. With responsibility for your own caseload of files arising from predominantly Road Traffic Accidents it is expected that the ideal candidate will have knowledge of Personal Injury claims handling, with either a claimant or defendant bias. You will also have experience and knowledge of road traffic accident law, pre-actions protocols, court rules, reviewing and valuation of injuries and assessment of special and general damages. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written skills, be happy to work as part of a team with the ability to work to targets and deadlines.
