Job Description: Automotive College Programme Manager - Hertfordshire / Greater London - up to £45K depending on experience - bonus - company car - 28 days holiday - pension - life assurance Are you a Programme Manager from the automotive industry looking for your next challenge? Company This training company is leading the way in the automotive training arena and as a result of new business acquisitions and an extremely successful year they are now looking to recruit a College Programme Manager from an automotive background to help continue the successful trend. The role 1) Agree annual college delivery contracts with sub-contractors 2) Manage and complete a schedule of subcontractor monitoring for all approved college delivery sites nationally 3) Manage and complete moderation of all Vocationally Recognised Qualifications (VRQs) 4) Monitor delivery of college contracts to service level agreements 5) Carry out and manage the updating of the delivery schedule 6) Monitor, manage and maintain learning information for all sub-contractors 7) Carry out monthly one-to-ones with the team and hold team meetings to drive improvement and meet completion targets Candidate skills / qualifications 1) Must have a strong background as a Programme Manager from the automotive training industry Candidates suitable for this position can live anywhere in the following areas - ?
