Job Description: Sales Manager, Midlands, Marketing Company, 25k + Commission and excellent benefits We now have an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales manager to work within an exciting and growing business marketing and introduction company. Due to constant growth and continuous orders this client is now looking for an experienced Sales manager to lead and motivator a small office team responsible team that focus on creating a platform where senior executives can meet and network. The events will create a perfect mix of meetings and socialising time for business relationships to develop. The main responsibilities of the manager will be to lead, motivate, encourage and advise a small sales team that follow up on warm sales opportunities with a view to organising and arranging business opportunity forums which would be industry specific. Ideally you will have come from a B2B sales background with previous sales management experience along with customer service and sales skills and a passion for business development. Key skills needed will include: Relationship building, researching, presenting the service and product, drive, listening to the customer��s requirements, developing relationships and events arranging skills, Managing and organising the team. The Manager will be expected to attend the events so a full passport will be required and an ability to travel into Europe. Generally at least once a year.
