Job Description: Office Angels are delighted to be recruiting for a Property Manager on behalf of a leading independent Property Consultancy. This is a demanding and autonomous role where you will have full responsibility for your department.
This is an opportunity to develop strong relationships with a designated group of Clients, (London based clients) be responsible for the delivery of all of their property management needs whilst meeting income and profitability targets. You role will be to:
•Manage a team of 6-8 people to deliver a responsive, efficient and quality service
•Champion services standards and ensure that the team consistently meets demanding time scales and service standards
•Build strong relationships with clients and the branches to encourage future business and deliver strong client retention
•Deal with complex and detailed issues to ensure clients and tenants needs are fully satisfied
•Provide technical expertise, advice and knowledge to your team.

experience in property management
•Natural organisation skills,
•To be able to deliver quality outputs against demanding time scales

•Strong business acumen with a desire to drive and improve performance, productivity and profitability across your team’s activities.
Previous experience of working within the London Market will be an advantage
Although salary will be dependent upon experience and contribution our client is looking to pay a basic salary of circa 24k to £28k and an OTE of circa £30k.
