Job Description: Motor Trade New & Used Van Sales Manager for a Busy Dealership in South London Ref : CL39102 Salary: £25k + OTE £45k plus + Car Our client a successful motor dealership require a high profile New & Used Van Sales Manager for their dealership. The applicant must have at least two to three years recent sales management experience from a dealership background, you need to be an excellent communicator with a proven background of business achievement in terms of profitability. You will need to be an experienced Sales Manager able to successfully manage both new and used vehicle sales, while also monitoring the finance and 'add on' products from your Department within a process that focuses on the companies culture of total excellence and customer care. Your commercial acumen will be second to none and you will be totally committed to delivering exemplary customer service; you will ensure that every customers experience matches the quality of the cars.
