Job Description: My Client is seeking to recruit a Partnership and Recruitment Executive to establish and maintain excellent relationships with regional referral agents, targeted B2B and B2C sales to ensure planned courses have the required number of learners. Including identifying and sourcing vacancies, as well as creating employment and placement opportunities for clients. Person profile A real passion for people, to empower, motivate, support, advise referral agents and customers, helping them into sustainable employment with the ultimate goal of improving their lives. Accountable for: ��� Establishing and maintaining excellent links with our referral agents to ensure a constant and targeted flow of learner bookings and attendances are seen on our planned programmes. ��� Using all the relationships and sourcing further referral agents to via telephone, visits, mail shot and other marketing initiatives by activity promoting The organisations services to all. ��� Working imaginatively and flexibly with our referral agents and customers on your caseload to help them into sustainable training and development with us. ��� Cross-reference, screen and refer job ready job seekers to employment opportunities resulting in sustainable employment outcomes for jobseekers. ��� Using all the resources of the cluster, business unit and wider business to help more clients into sustainable employment ��� Providing the bridge between engagement and employer consultants so that the client receives the best possible service and opportunities. ��� Operating in a solutions 'can-do', proactive environment acting as a champion for the client, really believing that we can help them back to work. Responsibilities include: ��� Using your drive, initiative and sales experience to generate customers through referral agents and direct sales to training opportunities as well as sourcing those all important job opportunities. ��� ��� Building robust and long term relationships with referral agents, understanding their needs and the needs of the local labour market, promoting our services and filling planned courses with learners. ��� Building excellent relationships with local employers, understanding their needs and promoting the wide range of service The organisations (UK) Ltd can provide to them. ��� Working really closely with your customers and their Job Centre Advisor to source training and development, identify and match the right customer to the right job opportunity. ��� Having 1-2-1 job matching sessions to understand your customers' preferences with regards to job type, salary and location. ��� Providing advice, support and interview sessions, to ensure your customers have the right training and coaching and feel confident about attending interviews. ��� Ensuring that all your documentation is accurate, up to date and returned within the deadlines that are set to you. Competencies ��� An ability to build strong and wide relationships with referral agents and business alike. ��� An ability to understand the multiple needs of jobseekers and focus their attention to the world of work. ��� An ability to work with a variety of partners to provide the right solutions for each jobseeker. ��� An ability to understand the labour market opportunities and match jobseekers to them. ��� An ability to work effectively as part of the consultant cluster and as a part of the wider business team. ��� Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Skills and Abilities ��� Proven experience gained from within a sales environment, preferably recruitment. ��� An understanding and interest of the local labour market in order to provide knowledgeable advice. ��� Negotiation skills and the ability to flex your style of communication when dealing with a wide variety of different people and situations. ��� Self motivation, a friendly competitive drive and the flexibility to travel when required. ��� I.T literacy, specifically experience of using all MS Office packages. ��� An NVQ in Information Advice and Guidance would be beneficial.
