Job Description: An excellent career opportunity for a committed professional to provide specialist support to a leading UK Contractors Facilities Management Bid team. The role will involve leadership of the FM Estimating / Cost Modelling requirements within bids. Candidates must have the experience and ability to calculate and prepare tender submissions and ensure that all estimates are properly prepared, evaluated and submitted on time to the best commercial advantage to the company. You will have an excellent technical knowledge and be able to show a proven ability in the preparation of tender. This individual will liaise with procurement and buying staff to ensure that best value is being sought through the supply chain and ideally is experienced in the total facilities maintenance industry in both hard and soft services. Personal Profile: ��� Exhibit commitment to delivering the project and display consistently high levels of enthusiasm and efficiency. ��� Capability to combine good communication skills, both written and verbal, combined with an ability to report key issues clearly and concisely to both Senior Management and clients + clients advisors / consultants ��� Self-motivated with the ability to work both alone and in a team and work across other part of the business ��� Good organisational skills, flexibility to travel with the ability to work to tight deadlines on multiple projects Professional Profile: ��� Educated to degree level and possessing relevant professional qualification. ��� Ability to work as part of multi-disciplinary teams including developing and leading strong partnerships between the clients and contractors (and possibly service providers). ��� Exhibiting and understanding of Full FM contracts is essential with a minimum of 3 years experience in FM.
