Job Description: Vane recruitment are currently recruiting for an exceptional Customer Service Executive and Marketing Administrator for Europe's biggest wood flooring manufacturer, and one of the world's most innovative companies involved in the processing of wood. Our client offers an assortment of high quality and environmentally friendly wood floor for private, public and commercial usage. This in combination with an outstanding service offer to our customers and distributors. As a Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for ��� Processing customer orders ��� Purchasing stock ��� All office Administration ��� Sales ��� Actively market the brand The ideal Customer Service Executive will be able to demonstrate and commit to providing a level of service that is second to none. The role requires well presented individuals with fantastic communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and a 'can do' approach. Essential Experience ��� Competent with all Microsoft Office ��� Sales background ��� Excellent communication and customer service skills ��� Excellent telephone manner ��� Self motivated/enthusiastic/team player ��� Able to work under pressure ��� 100% customer focused ��� Flexible regarding overtime Hours: 37.5 hours per week , 08.30 - 17.00, 1 hour for lunch Pay: £17,500 - £20,000 plus bonus This is a permanent position with the view to commence beginning of October Benefits ��� Small friendly team ��� 20 days annual leave (increase with length of service) ��� Pension ��� Healthcare ��� Performance related bonus If you feel you possess the essential experience to be a Customer Service Executive please call ZARA immediately 02392 361115 and send in a recent CV with a covering letter
