Job Description: Part Time Customer Service Advisor This Customer Service Advisors role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previous Customer Service experience combined with complaint handling. Due to the location of our client you must have your own car. Duties As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will include:- *Answering any inbound calls. *Dealing with any enquiries/ complaints. *Answering any correspondence via email etc. *Booking engineers diaries. *Interpreting technical drawings and ordering parts etc. Skills & Experience You must have contact centre experience combined with complaint handling. The ideal candidate will be forward thinking, enthusiastic and be able to learn quickly. You must have a good telephone manner and be able to provide a first class service to customers. You will be well organised and also have strong administration skills. Benefits You will be rewarded with a salary of £15,500 p.a. pro rata for 20 hours a week. This will rise to £16,000 pro rata after 3 months probation. Working hours are 10am-2pm Monday-Friday. You must be able to work full time over Christmas (w/c 13th and 20th December) as this is one of their busiest times. You will also be required to work 1 day between Christmas and New Year and also work full time w/c 3rd January.
