Job Description: Customer Service Advisor - Customer Service, Order Processing, Communication, Driven, Preston - £6.75ph The Client Our client have a globally recognised brand name and have become synonomous with quality and 1st class service. They are currently looking to add a number of people to one of their specific customer service teams. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an innovative and progressive company that can provide access to first rate training and coaching. This is initially a temporary role but may lead to a permanent role for the right candidates. Customer Service Advisor The Role Working in a exciting andvibrant environment you will become part of a team dedicated to delivering top class customer service. Therole involves answering inbound calls, replying to customer queries via email, placing/tracking orders and looking after a variety of administrative jobs whilst maintaining their exceptional award winning customer care standards for our UK customers. Customer Service Advisor The Candidate Ideally you will have experience in customer service but this is not essential as full training will be given. If you have a professional attitude and want to join a team full of energy who are 100% customer focused then this could be the position for you. ��� Must be flexible to work all shifts. ��� Have excellent customer service skills required ��� Strong verbal and written communication skills on all levels. ��� Good telephone manner is vital. ��� Good IT skills. ��� Good interpersonal skills. ��� Enthusiastic and role focused.
