Job Description: If you are a talented and ambitious people manager, this job could be your first step up to real P&L responsibility with many opportunities to progress further in this forward looking and growing business. Our client is the market leader in providing parking services throughout the UK and they need capable managers to take responsibility for a number of their premier sites across London from Farringdon to Docklands. Your role will be to provide operational leadership to the teams of customer service assistants who are responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience at these car parks. To be successful you will need to show that you are a high calibre manager of people and that you have the commercial and financial skills to take responsibility for your own P&L and deliver against a set of challenging KPIs. You will be a clear and effective communicator and above all, you will be driven and ambitious with a high level of energy and enthusiasm for your work. Your background needs to be in a customer facing industry and you will have to be able to show previous success in leading and motivating teams in this type of environment. It is essential that you are able to show previous experience in a managerial role across a multi site operation. Positions are available for both day and night shift managers and you will work on a rolling rota that includes regular weekend work.
