Job Description: Our Client who is one of the largest Telecoms Companies within the UK is looking for a Customer Service Agent to help continue the growing success of this dynamic and ambitious company. Your daily duties will be: ��� Answering customers queries ��� Activating new + existing lines onto new numbers/packages ��� You will have excellent product knowledge as you will also be able to fault find and diagnose the problem to either guide the customer over the phone or call out a relevant engineer. You will have relevant telecoms knowledge to succeed in this role as this is a very busy department. There is a great opportunity to progress within this company and a great opportunity to earn extra bonuses as an extra working incentive. You will need to be self motivated and be able to cope well under any pressure or situation. Communication is a key aspect of this role so all applicants must have a high level of communication and be a team player in order to succeed and progress within this company.
