Waking Night Support Worker (30 hours per week) Salary: £14,073 to £17,652* (Pro Rata) At MacIntyre we are currently recruiting for our St Albans service. You will support adults with a range of learning disabilities, complex health and communication needs within a residential care home for adults with severe learning disabilities, communication difficulties and physical disabilities. The successful applicants will have a caring value base, and will be comfortable providing physical and emotional support. As Waking Night Staff you will attend to individual care needs (including personal care and assisting with eating and drinking) throughout the night and into the morning, adhering to care plans and keeping detailed health and care records, as well assist with domestic chores. Experience is not necessary as you will be given a comprehensive induction and full training is provided. Flexibility is required as you will be working on a rota to include weekends and bank holidays.
