Job Description: Our client is one of the leading asbestos consultancy, providing a range of asbestos services and solutions to various clients. Due to expanding workload, they are currently looking for an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to cover contracts in West Midlands.
The candidate must hold the Asbestos P402, P403 and P404 qualifications and must have previous experience within the asbestos field.
Your main responsibilities will involve undertaking smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual 4 stage clearances and re-occupation and personal air-testing.
You will also be involved in carrying out asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys on various properties - commercial and industrial.
Overseeing asbestos contractors carrying out asbestos removal work.
Liaising and advising clients on various issues - hence you will have good client-facing skills.
You must be conversant with the Health and Safety legislation in relation to asbestos.
You must be flexible and willing to work on initiative.
