Job Description: General Registered Nurse, Prison Based, London
We are currently recruiting for RGN's to work in a Prison in the London area. In this role you will be involved with routine heath care and check ups for the inmates along with providing a first response for any medical emergencies on site.
An ideal background for this type of position would be A&E, Community Nursing, District Nursing, ICU, MAU or a general nursing position based in a hospital environment however most experience will be considered.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years nursing experience (not necessarily within a secure environment) and posses a desire to work within a prison environment. You will have excellent communication skills, work well under pressure and be a good team player.
In return you will be offered a very competitive salary of up to £27,000 depending on experience, plus an excellent benefits package offered to HMP personnel.
