Job Description: Senior Quantity Surveyor - Decent Homes - Berkshire/London
My client is a medium sized contractor based in Berkshire. Due to planned growth and recent project wins they require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on decent homes projects and some refurbishment projects.
Salary:
Circa £45,000 per annum + benefits

Our client is a growing contractor that services the decent homes market, they need a Senior Quantity Surveyor that can work with limited supervision and support their current team.
Requirements:
- Decent homes experience is essential
- Main Contractor / Sub Contractor background
- Degree, HND or HNC level educated
- Excellent communication skills

This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a company that is focused on growing in a difficult market. Due to excellent client relationships they have a good record of repeat business and through strategic business development they are looking to recruit a Senior level QS.
