Senior / Quantity Surveyors Candidates will have a successful track record in the commercial management of individual projects. Some experience in leading small teams is preferred. Key requirements include: -Commercial Retail / Distribution Experience -Ambition, drive and confidence -Able to work nationwide -Relevant degree or professional qualifications and relevant CSCS card -Commercially astute with good risk awareness -Good teamwork with excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Able to identify and solve problems -Proven leadership skills -Excellent customer relationship management skills -Competency in a full range of IT packages -Well developed organisational skills
