JUNIOR SOUS CHEF

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef to work for our 1 Rosette awarded Restaurant in Hertfordshire.
We are a destination for fine food and drink in Hertfordshire, with the bar providing an extensive wine, cocktail and champagne menu in a relaxed environment.
You will have worked at a rosette or michelin level and previous fine dining experience.
