Job Description: MacIntyre-Chester Senior Support Workers - Full Time Salary: £15,012 to £16,980* per annum MacIntyre's Mission is to be recommended and respected as the best provider of services for children and adults with learning disabilities throughout the United Kingdom. As a Senior Support Worker you will be looked upon as a role model for high quality interactions, and a key figure in facilitating communication within the staff team. As well as providing a thoughtful and personalized level of care, you will play a part in the personal development of others, and be capable of supporting the service in the manager's absence. You must have experience of supporting people with Learning Disabilities along with the flexibility to work on a Rota to include split shifts, weekends, evenings, sleep-in duties and bank holidays. A familiarity with basic I.T. would also be an advantage. A full manual driving licence is essential for the above roles, as is a willingness to drive a company vehicle.
