Job Description: My client is looking to employ a Operations / Depot Manager. Overseeing all operations from running the trade counter to the warehouse you will find yourself in a very busy role. Ideally you will have some previous experience within this environment and also hold the following skills:- Excellent Interpersonal Skills To work on own initiative Work as a team member The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Make cost effective decisions Be commercially focused and aware Be able to communicate with all levels from Board Directors, to drivers to customers. Some experience of Warehouse operations or Sales order offices would be an advantage along with some transport knowledge. You will be overseeing all aspects of the depot including the internal sales office, trade counter, vehicles/drivers, the health and safety of the site plus staff welfare Must have: Full UK driving licence Ideally Forklift licence PC literate in MS office (Word & Excel
