Job Description: 44000-45000 GBP Per Year dabs.com is one of the UK's largest and most successful online retailers of IT and Electronics products, generally regarded within the industry as an innovator and backed by a 20 year pedigree. A wholly owned subsidiary of BT, dabs.com sells to both consumer customers (via our award winning website) and business customers (under the BT Business Direct brand via both a dedicated B2B website and our team of sales people). As part of our expansion plans, we're looking for talented team leaders to manage our internal sales team based in Westhoughton, Bolton. We are currently looking to recruit ambitious team leaders to manage vertical teams of outbound sales executives. You will be focussed on ensuring the revenue targets of the team are met and exceeded, as well as handling line management tasks on appraisals, coaching and mentoring for success. Ideally you will have demonstrable track record in leading direct sales teams in the technology world but we are more than happy to consider applicants from varied backgrounds; as long as you can provide evidence of leading small to medium teams of high performing sales agents.It is essential that you are able to demonstrate attention to detail, ability to manage and produce accurate reports to drive revenue against plan. You'll already be highly versatile in the use of Microsoft Office products and should communicate effectively and professionally in both verbal and written formats. Ideally, you'll, be passionate about selling technology and demand first class customer service from your team.
