Job Description: 270-300 GBP Per Week KEY TASKS: To organise Conference facilities, ensuring that the accommodation is prepared and that both professionals and family members are greeted appropriately.Ensure that all relevant documents and reports are distributed appropriately.Provide a minute taking service for all Child Protection Meetings (including Child Protection Conferences and Strategy Meetings), ensuring production and distribution of the minutes within required timescales.Ensure that all monitoring forms are completed accurately with all relevant information following a Child Protection Conference or Review and maintain manual and computerised record systems, as necessary.Update the Departmental Information Database (SWIFT) Prioritise workloads effectively, bringing conflicting demands to the attention of the Service Manager / Team Manager.To provide business support for the team including filing (paper and electronic), scanning, photocopying, maintaining sickness and holiday records, postal duties, basic financial and statistical records, ordering equipment and stationery, arranging meetings as directed etc.To provide operational staff with support in all areas of Information and Communication Technology, as appropriate.To issue petty cash and travel warrants and record all transactions.To report any building maintenance issues to the Service Manager / Team Manager and or Building Manager as appropriate.Meridian Business Support are acting on behalf of our Clients as a Recruitment Business.
