Job Description: Do you have customer service experience within a call centre environment?
My client is a call centre based company that are looking for a Customer Service Representative to contribute to maintaining their high service standards.
Duties include:
To handle Customer Service calls maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction whilst meeting department requirements.
To meet all agreed targets on sales and expected performance levels.
To handle customer email responses professionally and efficiently within department requirements.
To handle customer written responses professionally and efficiently within department requirements.
To assist with Customer Service ad-hoc administration maintaining high levels of accuracy and competency.
Key skills:
Proven record of delivering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction verbally and in written correspondence
Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office packages in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and performance requirements
A record of dedication and commitment with a desire to succeed and develop
A strong administration background with experience of data input and creating of documents
The ability to problem solve and take ownership of customer situations
Experience of dealing with difficult customers and resolving problems efficiently and professionally
