Job Description:  Overall Purpose: To Capture and follow up, within agreed timescales, all prospecting leads and ensuring maximum sales performance and customer satisfaction. Enquiry Management: Accurately qualify and record basic enquiry information onto the relevant log and/or Kerridge. Distribute enquiries to nominated sales executives. Follow up enquiry, with customer and sales executive within a set time, making sure guidelines are followed. Continue with follow ups as necessary until such time as sale is converted or lost. Other leads: Early Settlements via the Infonet - To be logged and allocated to appropriate sales executive and follow up accordingly. CRM Portal - Allocate leads to sales executives within the given time frame (having followed the the enquiry management process first). Reporting: O1M report daily after 24 hour follow up calls are completed. Customer Satisfaction score, updated daily and distributed to Sales Managers. Advertising Source, updated weekly and given to Sales Manager. Weekly figures distributed to all Sales Managers and Company Secretary. Weekly New/Used demonstrations to Sales Manager and Company Secretary. Any other reports as requested. Marketing: Regular marketing contact letters to be sent to customers. Database cleansing and updating when necessary. Launch invitations and appointment setting. Manage and reallocate customers should a sales executive leave. Regularly review and update all standard letters making sure all spelling and grammar is correct. General: Answer all incoming calls to the business ensuring all customers are handled in a polite and efficient manner. Take messages and distribute. Correctly stamp any out going post. Lunch cover for reception. Distribute faxes as appropriate Ideal Candidates: Background in a sales and/or support environment with a busy, professional culture. Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines. PC literate and able to pick up new systems. Experience of customer contact both over the phone and face to face. Outstanding communication skills with bright, enthusiastic attitude. Kerridge experience desirable but training will be given. Work one Saturday in four with a day off in lieu the following week
