Job Description: Customer Service Advisor required for Taunton based company. This is covering Maternity for approximately 9 - 12 months, salary is £13,900. Our client is looking for someone who can work 4 on 4 off shifts. Your working hours will be from 9.00am - 9.00pm for 4 days running and then you will have 4 days off, you will need to be able to work over bank holidays including Christmas and New Years day if your shift falls on those days. You will be taking calls from customers who are making claims on their Home Insurance, you will then contact local Surveyors/Trades men to go and assess and repair the damage. You will need to have good Customer Service Skills and an excellent telephone manner. Free parking. You would be required to work this Christmas Day
